HOW DO I ENTER ACTUAL VEHICLE EXPENSE WHEN I HAVE NO MILEAGE TO ENTER

TurboTax asks for your business mileage to calculate the business percentage use of the vehicle.
If you have no business mileage then you have no business use of the vehicle.
If you have 100% business use of the vehicle then the total mileage and the business mileage are the same number, and personal and commute mileage are zero.
It appears the percent business use is calculating wrong or I am missing something obvious.
I have 13,661 miles of business of a total 28,200 miles driven in 2019.
Line 9 of the Car and Truck Expenses instructs me to divide line 6 (business miles) by 5c (total miles) to arrive at business use:
13,661/28,200 is 48.44% but Turbo Tax is calculating 28.26% on Line 9. That's a material difference in the refund I receive for allocating my car interest expense to my business.
Can you help me understand why this calculating differently than the instruction on the form?
We can't see your return from here, but if you post a diagnostic code a TurboTax Agent can upload a scrubbed version of your return (personal information removed) and diagnose your problem.
To create a diagnostic code in TurboTax:
1. Sign into your online account and select Take me to my return
2. Locate the Tax Tools on the left hand side of the screen.
3. A Drop down will appear. Click on Tools, then Share my file with agent.
5. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK.
6. Please post the Token Number that was generated into a response and we will take a look at it.
