We can't see your return from here, but if you post a diagnostic code a TurboTax Agent can upload a scrubbed version of your return (personal information removed) and diagnose your problem.
To create a diagnostic code in TurboTax:
1. Sign into your online account and select Take me to my return
2. Locate the Tax Tools on the left hand side of the screen.
3. A Drop down will appear. Click on Tools, then Share my file with agent.
5. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK.
6. Please post the Token Number that was generated into a response and we will take a look at it.
