unable to import 2022 turbotax into 2023

I have a 2022.TAX2022 file.

I just installed 2023 TurboTax on my Mac.

I attempted to load 2022 tax file to get started but got the following error:

The document "2022.TAX2022" has the wrong tax year or some other issue that prevents us from opening it. Please make sure you have the right file and try again.

I went and started TurboTax 2022 to see if I could read it and I had no problem. I opened it, and saved it again with the 2022 version.

I tried once again to load/import it in the 2023 version and got the same error.

Are you trying to open it or import it?  You need to Transfer it before you start a 2023 return.
