This morning the problem with this version of TurboTax was updated to correct the problem with Form 1099-NEC.  That now works as it should.  However, when the S/W asks if you want to complete Form 1099-MISC, the system forces you to complete the form regardless of whether you selected Yes or No for your answer.   I don't need Form 1099-MISC.  When will this problem be corrected?

If you could clarify where TurboTax is asking if you want to complete Form 1099-Misc?  In the Home & Business Program, I was able to create a 1099-NEC (from the File menu, create 1099/W2) and indicate 'Done' and go back into the tax return.
