I live in CA country that permitted delaying first three 2023 tax estimates to Oct 15, 2023. Has TurboTax for Tax Year 2023 made adjustment for the permitted disaster relief extension payments? Thank you.

Many California forms (like the 5805 for underpayment of estimated tax) are not ready yet in TurboTax.
Use this link to track availability of state forms on the various platforms.
Unfortunately, we in the Community do not have access to the developers, so we can't answer this until the appropriate forms are released.
Thanks for your reply. I paid all three estimates for 2023 in September, 2023 as permitted by the extension for natural disasters. I am wondering whether to show zero estimates paid in April and June, then the large payment representing all three amounts (April, June, Sept) for the September payment. The alternative would be to show each of the first three payments as if I paid them in April, June, and September. I cannot find anything on IRS nor CA FTB web pages with guidelines for this. I am sure many taxpayers in the permitted counties of CA did the same thing I did.
Thanks again.

If you do not make equal payments in all 4 quarters, you may be charged a penalty even if you are due a refund when you file your income tax return. I would not condone reporting payments in all 4 quarters so let your conscience be your guide.
