turbo tax sending message that I did not file federal tax for 2023. My federal return was filed and accepted last March!

Did you get an email saying to finish filing? That is just the Marketing dept. They don’t know you already filed. You probably have another account.  Or used another service.  That’s common. Just ignore the emails.
