I purchased TurboTax Premier and downloaded onto my computer. However, it loaded up as the Deluxe version and NOT premiere, why is that? I used the license code [Removed license code], don’t understand why this happened, I hope you’re not going to charge me another $35 for an upgrade when I have the premier!

Contact wherever you bought it from. They sold you Deluxe and charged you for Premier.
It was a brand new, un-opened package that says Turbotax Premier Investments & Rental Property. The disc says the same thing.
