I downloaded TurboTax Premier. I am not sure if I am working online or program on my HP PC.
TurboTax shuts down and I get a message that a problem is found and my file is recoverable. This has happened 8 or nine times at different points in my tax pre.
Can you tell me what to do?

Still keeps shutting down reinstalled it twice ---- shut down at random points in program.
cannot have this happening..... Norton shows no problems, as well as spybot.....

Been using Turbo tax for a decade this is the first time this has happened.
There must be a problem with how TurboTax is interacting with your computer.
You can try clearing the cache on your computer as follows:

Also, if you have another computer available, you can try downloading the program on that computer.
I bought turbotax premier at Sams Club. It is also shutting down at different locations in the program...
Any ideas on a fix?
