There is no option to efile my Massachusetts tax return. how to I change this?

If you cannot contact Support (or otherwise figure it out), you will have to print and mail the return.

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?  What happens?  Where do you get stuck?  Did you efile federal and was it Accepted?

Online version.  I think it is because my return includes schedule INC and that form is unsupported.  That form is only a summary of W2 and 1099.  I wonder if there is a way to supress the printing of it?
