Need to lookup tax info I loaded to turbo tax..although I did file with turbo tax.

Online--web based

or 

desktop which you installed from a CD or downloaded to your own hard drive?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

    pick one.   Online or a downloaded version. If download then the file is only on your computer or drive that you saved it on.

Isn't Turbotax online  still in transition mode? That is the page I get right now when I went to website.

READ the blue box.  It says online is down right now and won't be back up until they add 2019 in December.

I can download my "Online" prior year tax files right now, even though the main program is shut down for tax preparation, so 2015 should be downloadable ..IF they used the Online software and IF they are in the correct Online account.
