when I get to the File page it has me in an endless loop on step 2, which is the page where you select whether you want to do Direct Deposit, Refund Advance, or check. I select Refund Advance, and it pops up and shows that it has my correct Credit Karma acct from last year, then asks if I want it deposited there for state taxes as well then I hit continue, and boom... Right back on the same page where step 2 hasn't bees started yet. I've gone through this so many times now. I did live support and they said this is a known issue to try again tomorrow (that was last night) and it's still doing it. The funny thing is I tried selecting just regular direct deposit instead of the Advance and it let me move to step 3... I mean I qualify for the adance, it said so, that isn't the issue, It just won't save the info. Think it has something to do with the little Credit Karma acct pop-up that verifies your credit karma spend acct. IDK.

Please try the following steps which may help clear the loop you are experiencing:

Hi I tried all of those things, even tried different devices.
(sorry for different username,I accidentally did my username wrong the first time I put a typo. I am the one who created the post though.)
The primary taxpayer's information on the return must match the information in the Credit Karma account. If you are still having concerns after verifying this, please reach back out here in the thread.

try deleting your state return. finish filing your federal then go back and add a state and finish filing your state
Did you figure it out? I'm going through the same thing

So this happened to me the year before last and went on for days to the point where I gave up and just filed direct deposit and didn’t get the advance. This year, it did it to me again. I was like oh no here we go. So I got frustrated and just kept doing the steps over and over (very quickly lol) and then finally the probably 20th back to back try it went through! I recommend just trying it obscure to back and doing it kind of quick without stopping. I know it sounds silly but it worked! Lol
good luck I know how frustrating it is!
Stop telling people to delete their caches and all of that nonsense. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! That is not the answer! We’ve all done that!!!
Please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
I don't have any other information to give you at this time, other than to contact Credit Karma directly.
