Hi there - just want to clarify your question, so have a few questions to ask you. In the process it's possible I'll answer your question.
Did you use TurboTax? If so, did you e-file your federal and state taxes? If you e-filed, you won't be mailed a copy of your returns. You can go into TurboTax and print your returns, and I'd recommend you save a PDF version of your tax returns, both federal and state.
If you used TurboTax and printed and mailed your taxes, you won't be getting anything back in the mail.
Can I ask what you were expecting to receive in the mail?
Thanks
Does your account or return say Ready to Mail?
Sorry but Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. And it will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return. You can try to switch to efile. Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.
