You do NOT amend a rejected tax return.  You fix the error that caused the rejection and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

I was unable to fix return.  Reported AGI for 2021 matched my 2021 return info.

I did note that your message indicated that I resided in Colorado.  This is incorrect;, I reside in Florida.  I corrected residence of South Carolina to Florida, previously.

I mail my lRS-ES return.  May I have a refund of purchase price of Intuit TurboTax 2021?

We cannot process any refunds here in this public forum. You would need to follow the instructions here to contact customer support to request a refund. 

However the cost for Turbo Tax is to use the software to prepare the return, not to e-file. The only e-file fee is the e-file fee on the download version.
