I changed my status from F to H1 in 2020. For 2019 forms, would the answer to "Have you ever changed your visa type (nonimmigrant status) or U.S. immigration status?" be Yes (with a 2020 date in the description) or No?

Answer the question no, since it had not yet happened in 2019.
