Where do I input them?

Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software? What edition are you using (Basic, Deluxe, etc.)?

If you are using TurboTax Online you cannot enter Schedule C expenses in Deluxe. You have to upgrade to Premium.
