I dod not file 2018 taxes because I was not working. What am I suppose to put?
What if I didn't file 2018?
If you didn't file a 2018 return then your AGI is zero. Enter 0.
Same issue for my parents and my sister-in-law. I agree, it is obviously a TT issue at this point. I have been using TT for years, but will switch to another program next year if they don't fix it fast.
How can I go back an put the right infomation
Mine has been rejected 7 times for AGI which was sitting right in front of me when I did it.Keeps saying wrong info. Then asks for my Drivers Liscence number which I also provided 7 time.I know the information is correct
WHAT NOW?

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
I agree with you. We pay a premium for this software and file submission service to get it done as efficiently as possible. If I have to print and mail my returns I am being deprived of a major reason I spent all that money on this software solution. That recommendation from Turbo Tax is insulting.
What a terrible recommendation. You want me to file by mail when I bought your software specifically because I could file online and the process would be very simple. Offering a refund of the software would be the customer friendly thing to do...not telling us we are out of luck. I'll find another tax solution next year.
mine has done this so many tiimes I decided to print and file, which defeats the purpose of using a site like this! I am married filing jointly, just as I have done on tt since 2005. I have entered married/joint on the profile, I went about my business, I tried several suggestions, then finally printed it. my printed return says US INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN yes, I went back to my profile again, it says married/joint, which explains why I could edit my agi, but there was no place to enter my husband's agi no matter what I did. TURBO TAX, PLEASE FIX THIS, AND IF OTHER PEOPLE HAD THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE OFFER SOME FINANCIAL RESTITUTION. I KNOW I WILL NOT BE USING TURBO TAX NEXT YEAR Based on this nonsense!
AGREED!
ps....every return is an INDIVIDUAL tax return. It is a personal return not a Business return.
As I stated, I went to H&R Block’s site after going through this BS issue using TT. I entered everything there and guess what? Accepted, processed and refund deposited.
TT-ignoring this issue doesn’t fix the problem and loses you customers. Lifelong customers like me.
I submitted five times. Twice I used auto fill from last years turbo tax. Third time I went to the IRS website to verify the agi and manually entered. Fourth time I copied and pasted the AGI from the IRS site. Fifth time I entered 0 as was suggested, it was rejected.
IRS is not taking phone calls.
I paid to e file my state tax on TurboTax website. How do I get refunded?
turbo tax is a joke, they keep sending in my total income as AGI, stupid turbo tax, they suck
