My return was rejected 2/24/2024. I have no error code, nothing. How do I fix what is wrong when I have no idea?

What is the rejection message? Quote all of it exactly.
I did not receive an email telling me an error code. The message just said it was rejected, nothing else.
If your return was rejected but you didn't see an email with an error code, search for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to fix it. Check to see if the email may have been routed to a junk folder.
If you did not receive an email then sign in to TurboTax, select Fix my return, and you will see your reject code and explanation. See this help article for an example. Please see how to fix and refile your return.
I found the problem was the wrong agi. We looked at the 2022 return which was accepted and no problem. We entered the exact amount that was stated there. I refiled. It was rejected again in 45 minutes. There is definitely a problem with the agi from your last year's return and the fact it isn't accepted. This was a super frustrating experience. We ended up mailing the return in.
