Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If your return was rejected but you didn't see an email with an error code, search for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to fix it. Check to see if the email may have been routed to a junk folder.

If you did not receive an email then sign in to TurboTax, select Fix my return, and you will see your reject code and explanation. See this help article for an example. Please see how to fix and refile your return.
