I received a download for the Mac version even though I switched to my order to Windows. How do I get a download for Windows without being charged twice?

When I went online to download my turbo tax I discovered the download was for MAC.  I need a windows product.  It is already paid for as of Nov. 5.  How do I get the windows version to download.
