So am I correct that you purchased the product online at the Sam's Club website? If so, about 30 minutes or so after purchasing (sometimes longer), you should have received an email at the email address associated with the purchase account. This is what the Sam's TurboTax page says:
"After purchase, you will receive an email from SamsEDelivery @ esd.synnex.com with the Software Activation Key and a link, with simple instructions for downloading and installing the software."
Check your email's spam/junk folders in case it ended up there. Since I buy online each year, I keep the delivery address in my contact list to hopefully avoid that.

That's no help. Thete is only a 14 digit number and QR code in the window on/in the cardbaird package I bought.
Looks like a return to Sam's tomorrow. What a PITA doing anything with Intiit is.
@Danzer Did you read my post above? After you paid for it in the store at Costco and Sam’s did you go to go to the pickup window to get the actual package with the License Code?

One of the Costco employees in the checkout area took my token package, went in to the back, came back and handed me the package I took home.
I'll add that a look at the fine print for the TT product, which I found in my purchase history in my account on the Sam's site, says that the product is not returnable. There's going to be a problem with my CC company if Sam's can't correct the problem in the store tomorrow.
