So am I correct that you purchased the product online at the Sam's Club website?   If so, about 30 minutes or so after purchasing (sometimes longer), you should have received an email at the email address associated with the purchase account.     This is what the Sam's TurboTax page says:

 

"After purchase, you will receive an email from SamsEDelivery @ esd.synnex.com with the Software Activation Key and a link, with simple instructions for downloading and installing the software." 

 

Check your email's spam/junk folders in case it ended up there.   Since I buy online each year, I keep the delivery address in my contact list to hopefully avoid that.
