i bought the turbo tax deluxe, and i still had to pay 25.00 for the state only because turbo had a old phone number listed and i could not change it so it cost me twice to file the state taxes

How did it charge you twice? It is $25 (was $20 before March 1) to efile a state return from the Desktop program. Or you can print and mail state for free.
