Yes say you will mail a check.  Then you can pay any way you want.   Then you might also need to pay the Turbo Tax fees with a credit card.   That is separate.

Unfortunately the link that you provided doesn't answer my question. The EFTPS system is a service setup by the IRS to accept tax payments from small businesses. I used the EFTPS last year to file for 2020 federal return so I know it's doable. I just don't remember the selection I made on the "How do you want to Pay page." The EFTPS is not listed as an option and I can't find any additional help in the TurboTax help system regarding the EFTPS (which is odd). I'm guessing it would be ok to select "I will mail a check" and then just logon/pay the taxes through the EFTPS system since the payments go directly to the IRS. However, my concern is that the IRS will be looking for a check with a voucher, hopefully they will just see my payment in EFTPS applied to my social. It would be much more reassuring to have found these instructions in the Help Section of TurboTax to confirm that it is the proper way to submit my eFile and then process the payment thru EFTPS. Any other suggestions?

Turbotax does not provide support for the EFTPS website. Please see the help article posted below for further assistance:

I appreciate both of your replies, but unfortunately neither of the responses answer my question. I understand that TurboTax does not support EFTPS website. That is not what I am asking. I have completed my Federal Return within TurboTax. I am ready to file and am at the "How do you want to Pay" page.  I owe Federal Taxes that I need to submit to the IRS. I already have my EFTPS account setup and pay my ES Taxes quarterly through that EFTPS service.  Last year in 2020, I also paid my Federal Taxes through the EFTPS service while using TurboTax. So I know that it is doable. Unfortunately I cannot remember which selection I need to make in TURBOTAX on the "How do you want to pay for your Federal Taxes?" My question to you is, do I need to select "I will mail a check?" The previous screen also says, "You decide when to pay your taxes: E-file now but don't pay any taxes owed until April 18, 2022. *You can schedule the date to make your tax payment, however, it must be received by the IRS on or before April 18th, 2022 to avoid any penalties. Which is EXACTLY what I want to do. File now and complete my return - and Log off of TurboTax and go straight to the EFTPS website and pay my taxes owed. Once I get to the next screen that statement only refers to if you want to use direct debit. My question is: Can I select the "I will mail a check" and then log onto the EFTPS system and pay my taxes owed? The only options TT is showing is....withdraw from my bank account, charge my credit card, I will mail a check or I want to setup installment payment plan.  When clearly - the EFTPS is a better option since it's a direct payment into the IRS. Why doesn't TurboTax provide support or assistance with this question when you get to the pay screen?
