What exactly should I be trying again? What's going to change in 48 hours? 48 hours is past the deadline.

You are having problems with payment, correct? There are two different issues this could be, one requires you to wait 24-48 hours, the other you would need to call Customer Service.  Since this is a business return, I would go ahead and call Customer Service now and see if your issue is the block payment issue, or invalid license issue. If not, they should be able to take your payment over the phone.

No, I'm having trouble filing IT-204-LL after I've already filed my business state taxes. I can't find a flow on the home page online to start this. It's due tomorrow.

No as I paid for Online business. Also, I'm using a Mac.

Ok, you are using Business Online so you must have TurboTax Live Assisted or Full Service Business. Have you checked with your tax preparer? I don't even see that form available on the online business forms availability, only on the Business Desktop.

It was available when I was initially filing, but there was a bug that made it time out at the last step. I have resorted to filing just the IT204LL through TaxAct. SMH.

For what it's worth, I was able to file the NYS IT-204-LL thru turbo tax.  I use desktop version on Windows operating system.

Go to NY return and start clicking thru the questions and eventually it will ask you in want to file NYS IT-204-LL, and when you click on it, it will take you to separate location of Intuit website to complete.
