Hi there! The problem is that i did file for 2022, it just thinks I didn’t. Are you saying I have to file on paper for 2023 in order to get this to work? I tried calling Turbo Tax but I refuse to pay in order to speak to a representative so I am stuck having to troubleshoot this myself.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

That’s not what I am trying to do. I know that I filed in 2022 and can easily find the documents to prove it. This is what I am trying to explain:
1. Turbo Tax says I did not file my 2022 taxes.
2. I DID file my 2022 taxes and received refunds from both Federal and State in April.
3. When I try to file for 2023, Turbo Tax is not allowing me to file my 2023 taxes because it says this:
“
That shouldn't matter. Where is it asking you this? At the beginning or at the end to efile? You just need to enter the 2022 AGI to efile. Probably pick the first or second item to get past it.
yeah that’s what I was saying, I didn’t know why it was asking me that because I didn’t think it should matter. It’s asking me literally at the very last step, I already put in my direct deposit information and I’m ready to complete the e-file but then it asks me this.
I have the exact same problem. i'm even able to download my 2022 tax returns, so it's obvious that TurboTax has my returns.
Since I already paid, I just selected filed 2022 by mail and followed the annoying instructions to file electronically.
