May I ask what type of 1099 are you trying to import, as well as, from which brokerage? You may also want to make sure you are allowing for third-party access as well.

This is STILL not working. Turbotax is NOT importing 2021 1099B forms from Employer Sponsored Stock accounts (Schwab). It is totally ridiculous that a year later this still has not been addressed.

It could be a couple of possibilities. One is that the password was entered incorrectly, you will need to grant third-party access for Turbo Tax to import. Also, it could be that there are too many individual transactions to import as the limit is 1500.

I have double checked both password and on Schwab the third party authorizations. Still no joy! Has always worked in the past.

There are not too many transactions. the import form login never completes. I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

Account login is NOT an issue: 1099-INT gets imported without issues. 

Transaction limit is NOT an issue: there are only 31 transactions.

Thank you for reporting your experience.  This is a known issue that looks to be resolved.

I agree. This is a horrible downgrade on the tax filing process. I am planning on handing over the paperwork to a CPA instead of paying money and yet doing this on my own.

Turbotax will not import my 1099s from Charles Schwab.  When I click on the Import button (Get My Form), a TT Bank Login window pops up, but is blank.  There are not boxes to type my Schwab login info into.

I have over 50 trades.  TT support told me to use the Online version (I have desktop), but said I will need to purchase TT again!  Unbelievable!

Confirming, this is a bug.

Turbotax imports all other forms, but 1099-B for my employer sponsored account. That's a shame that you couldn't fix it in a year.

I have this problem as well. The proposed workaround requires me to manually enter information for over 30 sales.

I've used turbotax for ~10 years, and I have NEVER had this issue.

Now all of a sudden, it is not importing my 1099-B from Charles Schwab or Computershare.  It is importing the 1099-DIVs from both though.

If this isn't resolved soon, then I will finally have the motivation to seek elsewhere for tax returns.

I should have expanded, that I am using TurboTax Premier 2022 software version.  Looking around, I see fixes are suggested to be made for the online version of TurboTax.
