If you are attempting to have your mailed tax return redirected, you will need to complete/file the form 1509 request with your local US postal service.  However, your tax return can be and will be processed based on the W2 entries you made that would not show any combat pay exclusions since they don't apply.  Your answers in "My Info" section indicating you served in a combat area will not affect the tax calculations.
