My State form is missing Schedule C and therefore is getting rejected.

I am using Self-Employed and entered my expenses. I have no income for self-employment. My Federal has been accepted, but My State is rejecting because it does not contain Schedule C. This appears to be an issue with TurboTax.

TurboTax did not generate the correct forms for my Michigan State income tax return. I needed two Schedule W and TurboTax generated it's own ad hoc table instead of two.
