Try this and see if this clears the issue for you. Please log completely out of TurboTax. Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies. After this, close completely out of the browser. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax. Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.

This did not work. I just keep being told from TurboTax that someone will get back to me day in and day out. Nobody ever gets back to me and I can't do my taxes. I was also told I would have to start over and that I would not only lose what I've done so fat this year but all my history would be wiped out which is crazy and unacceptable. I am desperate to get someone at Turbo Tax to help!!

Thanks for replying. So far no luck contacting Turbo Tax support. I've spoken with many people and had IT connect to my computer. They've said it's a flaw with Turbo Tax but nobody has yet been able to solve it which is truly inconceivable to me.
It depends. You could clear and start over and will clear everything out.
