I STILL have not received my payment and it stated that my payment was completed Sat March 6th. I call the IRS I am unable to reach an agent no matter what time I try and call. stpg bank also states that they have not received my federal refund. This is getting extremely frustrating. I would just like to know when I should expect to receive my funds I filed Feb 11th and they were accepted Feb 13th.
The IRS is running behind due to COVID and a huge amount of early tax returns being filed this year.
21 days is not a magic number - it is just an average.
TurboTax only gives the general IRS (most returns are processed within 21 days) date. The actual date is known only by the IRS. TurboTax also does not adjust the general date for anything on the tax return. TurboTax receives no feedback from the IRS after filing.
The IRS says most refunds will be issued within 21 days - some faster, some longer.
(Most means more than half so many take longer - MUCH longer)
Each tax return is evaluated on it's own merits. There is no first-in-first-out. Two similar tax return submitted at the same time can have totally different processing times based on IRS criteria for examining tax returns that the IRS does not divulge.
Some returns will be held for ID verification or other verification. The IRS will send a letter if they require more information to process your tax return.

Nope not yet!
Did anybody get there's mine been over 21days but today it just changed to payment completed so does this mean I'm going to get it soon??
Mine changed last week and I haven’t get it, if this is a f*** up from turbo tax I will definitely sue them
No
@Angelamacias70 Did you ever receive your refund? My payment says completed now as well
I have not received my refund. This changed Tuesday early morning to completed. I filed 1 29
Irs received 2 11 and accepted 2 11
Mine says the same I haven’t checked it everyday but early on when I checked it said payment pending now it says payment complete but on the irs it says still being processed an tpg says they haven’t received anything I filed January 28 accepted 2/10 so I’m just as confused like is my refund on the way or what
Because I doesn’t say that mine said pending for weeks an I check today an it said completed
That means you chose to pay the product fees out of the Federal refund instead of paying upfront with a credit/debit card. That payment method involves Santa Barbara bank in the process and has a $40 service fee. The bank receives the refund from the IRS, subtracts the fees, then transfers the refund to your bank/card account in a second direct deposit.
That payment method can be removed prior to filing, if not wanted, then you can pay by credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.
It has nothing to do with your refund or the status of your refund. For that, you must check with the IRS.
Who are you??? Because you couldn’t be a turbo tax specialist....smh I called an spoke to a live turbo tax representative today an she informed me that’s exactly what happens when your refund is on the way an give it 3-5 days she stated it will continue to say pending until your fees are paid it wouldn’t say paid if your refund was not on the way an everything is behind on updates right now also my fees was 190 not 40 dollars so I wish you would just stop miss informing people an making them more upset an have anxiety attacks that’s not cool an i know a few people that got they refunds with no updates an no Ddd at all
Yes I have received it..finally!
Congratulations 🙂
Yes the irs accepted my refund but still no returns. Turbo tax deducted the proess payment. So where is my monet?
