Ally Savings account no longer connected. Receive 108 error stating there is a message at Ally that I need to take action on first. I’ve checked my Ally messages and alerts and there is nothing. Ally support confirms there is no message or action needed on their side.
I'm seeing the same problem
Same problem. Error 108. I tried resetting password and it didn't work.
I am seeing the same problem since 02/25/2023
Same problem here for the last 5 days.
What's up, Mint?
Same problem for me (error 108)
I’ve had the same issue for 3 days. I’ve followed the instructions to go back to Ally Bank to verify my account login and then returned to Mint to sign in but I get the same message to resign into Ally. With no response.
Same here! "Ally Financial: A message on Ally Financial website needs your attention before we can get your transactions. Take a minute to see what it is; we'll be here when you get back." But there is nothing to do on the Ally site. Attempting to refresh the connection with a new verification code does not fix it either. Pls fix this, Mint! Thank you.
UPDATE: Ally is telling me that "It is an issue on our end that we are aware of and are working on addressing." I used their chat function to make a report. They also say, "Unfortunately, we currently do not have a turn around time for this yet."
+1 Same issue.
Same here +1
