Max Benefits Won't Let me file because of my personal info. state and zip

Greetings,

I paid for Max benefits, and the transaction was approved.  However, it won't let me file.  It keeps saying Max benefits personal info. needs state and zip but I live overseas.  I have the foreign income exclusion.  What should I do?  

Please help as it won't let me file!

You can only add a US address or paper file.
