Why am I receiving this error message after inputting the EIN for my W2?

There is an issue making the W-2 import unavailable for this employer. You will need to manually enter your W-2.

It doesn't give you an option of entering it manually. Only forces you to click "OK" on the pop up and then you are back to the same page. Very frustrating.

I am getting same error. no way to enter data manually. TT has more bugs ever year -- now with its most basic function none the less.
