Have absolutely no idea what Error code TT457 indicates.

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and then on OK

Start the TurboTax program again.

Hello, can you help me find my 2024 tax documents. I only can access a pdf of my application to defer. In the meantime, I completed and submitted. Now I am worried that there was no submission. I find no record of the complete submission in Turbotax platform.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

For a fee of $30 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

I sent my federal tax return efile yesterday. I received the following errors below. I reviewed the form 5695 and I am seeing that I have entered all the information correctly, in the correct format, capitalizations, and amounts. I deleted and re-entered the data as well. I send a second efile and received the same error. 

I did confirm the QMID on the federal site, and I also confirm the format of the QMID was enter correctly. Please advise. Thank you.

I've used turbotax for over 20 years because I have rental property and have never had a problem getting the software on line download. Now I get to the "File on your own with step by step guidence" and try to continue but nothing happens. the page is dead I can't even copy the page.
