I've had constant issues with my old bookmarked page URL too:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/

There's a new URL, that goes to a page that looks almost identical,
https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com
but the login on that page works perfectly for me

TTX needs to change the re-direct from the sign-in on that older webpage for those users who have the old bookmark, and don't realize there is a new one. Should be simple if anyone at TTX is actually paying attention.
that worked Thank You 🙂

Thanks your's and DonnaG were spot on.

Thanks to VolvoGirl for directing me to this thread indicating the new URL. But it's unacceptable to a high degree that we have to rely on the community to get us to the correct place. As you noted, Intuit / TurboTax should set up an automatic redirect. Maybe the new link is deep inside one of their promotional junk blasts, but how are they going to assure we see it unless the title of the message says something about it.
Thanks, SteamTrain and fmnisson.
