Is anyone having trouble after the latest 2022 Turbotax Mac update? Received a Mac error: TurboTax 2022.app cannot be opened because of a problem.

@tinajeng This is a known problem.  TurboTax support is working on a solution.

I just received this update from Intuit support:

This issue should be resolved by end of day on Friday August 4th.Remember to update your version of TurboTax.

It appears to be fixed for me (running Big Sur).  I applied the latest update and the program opened fine.

Am still having issues.  How did you apply the latest updates? When I open it still gives me the Turbotax2022 cannot be opened because of a problem.

Did you update your TurboTax software to the latest release?

Click on Online.  Click on Check for Updates.

Hi,  I'm still having that problem as well.  I went to the TurboTax website and registered... they send me an update every week that they are still working it.  Still waiting....

To install the update, you need to delete the damaged version that will not open by dragging it into the trash.  Reinstall TurboTax from the original purchase and update the newly installed version.

Thank you!  I just downloaded the new version from the turbotax website... deleted all previous versions.. and it worked.  Glad it's finally working again.  Thank you!

I'm trying [unsuccessfully] to e-file with Home an Business that I got from Amazon. I've tried everything including hours on the support. Until I ran into this Q&A. Really, Intuit, this is a really bad look. Not one of the support folks know about this issue. Shame..
