After selecting JP Morgan Chase & Co to import 1099B tax data. The message said transfer completed but TurboTax shuts down and tax data was not saved in TurboTax. Tried many times but no tax data was imported and saved to the tax return. I have no issues with importing 1099B tax data from other financial institutions.
Please advise. Thank you for your help!

The problem could be on the JP Morgan side, TurboTax can only import what is made available on the financial institution website. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser, and/or trying a different browser. Ultimately, if you cannot import your Form 1099-B, you will have to enter it manually. If you have a lot of transactions to enter, you can enter category totals instead of individual transactions. To do so,
After entering all your sales section totals, Look for "Now we'll help you upload your 1099-B since the IRS requires a copy" and follow the instructions, or you can mail a paper copy of your 1099-B to the IRS. If you want to mail, click on "How do I mail my statement".
Take a moment to double-check that your statements are complete. For each sale listed, there should be:
In some uncommon cases, there will be an adjustment code and adjustment amount.
NOTE: Any sales summaries that include only Box A or Box D sales, and which have no adjustments to gain/loss, do not need to be included on a statement mailed to the IRS.
Here's how to mail your statements:
If you are e-filing your tax return, then mail your statements along with Form 8453 to:
Internal Revenue Service
Attn: Shipping and Receiving, 0254
Receipt and Control Branch
Austin, TX 73344-0254
If you are not e-filing, then mail your statements with your entire tax return to your local IRS office.
No browser is used for importing tax data from financial institutions. But it does sound like a Chase issue. Perhaps entering it manually is the solution if calling Chase does not solve it and you don't want to wait to see if it gets fixed.
Does JP Morgan Chase & Company generate a .csv file of your 1099-B information? It may be possible to upload a .csv file by following these steps:
You may also elect to report summary information as outlined by @DavidD66.

Yes. Thank you for your instructions. Since you indicated that the issue is on the JP Morgan Chase side. I did get in contact with JP Morgan Chase online tech specialist and he was able to remove the access to my brokerage account. Once the access was removed, I went back to TurboTax to do import and selected JP Morgan Chase & Co., Inc on the listing and the tax data was imported correctly.
Thank you again for your help!!
Have a nice weekend!!
