I am unsure if I filed my taxes and am unable to log into my TurboTax account. I have tried and eventually created a new account. Do to this I need assistance in deleting one account and confirming my taxes on the other. I would like to speak to representative about this or have them do it for me over the phone.

I received a notice that IRS rejected my registration for direct deposit  of my stimulus check saying it was duplicate SSN.  I believe I tried to set it up twice thru turbo tax.

You can not add your bank information on an amended return. For the stimulus check, the IRS plans in the next couple weeks to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail. IRS website
