I used different login this year. So my previous year tax data doesn't appear in 2023 turbotax software on desktop. How to make 2022 tax numbers appear in 2023 returns

Different account should not matter.  How did you do 2022?  Did you use the Desktop program or the Online version?   Do you have the .tax2022 file on your computer?  If you want to transfer it you will need to start a new 2023 return.  Go up to File-New Tax Return.   Then if it doesn't find the .tax2022 file you can browse to where it is.

I use windows software every year. I already started and filled 2023 returns. Now I realized that 2022 data appearing side by side for comparison is all 0. So, I can't start a new return. Is there a way to mnaulayy import 2022 tax data. All 2022 data files are on my computer

Sorry no.  You can only transfer at the beginning before you start 2023.  The Desktop program can do unlimited returns.  If you really want the 2022 info you have to start a new return and re enter everything.  Sorry.
