I want to know how to get my money back. How can I be charged two huge fees - the second one was prompted by the turbotax website - even though I did not even send the transfer through???

There is a charge for using the software to prepare your return, not to transmit it. If your return was rejected, you can fix the error and resubmit your return.

That's not related to my problem.

I paid for turbo tax and filed my taxes - I am not complaining about that charge at all.
