Yes, this is crazy I received my refund and it's off by thousands. The fee was only $117. Weres the rest of my money. That's a lot of money I work for in the can just send you whatever they want, out of it. That's a little odd, however it was supposed to be deducted. I should have still received my total refund. Did yall keep it. This is fraud
That's how I feel, only were did it come from in why?. I rather have my refund that I submitted, in when I say take it out my refund. It still shouldn't have got sent to another person I put my information on the return. Not cool
If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.
Same for me. It’s saying I haven’t paid 2018 taxes. I filed every year. Also it’s saying I get about 7k but they only sent the unusual sum of like 1300. Where the rest go?

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
No I paid in 90 dollars I tried the irs return information doesn't match

On the IRS tax refund status website you must enter the Social Security number, the Filing Status and the exact whole dollar amount as shown on the 2021 federal tax return Form 1040 - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If you had a balance due on your return then when you check the Where's My Refund site use $1 for the refund amount (even if you owed) to get a progress message on your filed return. If you got a refund check you did not expect then hang onto it until the IRS sends a letter of explanation in a few weeks. If someone calls you "from the IRS" telling you to cash the check then send the excess back then HANG UP THE PHONE YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED !!!
I was supposed to receive $4670 in my income tax return. I used Turbo Tax to file my taxes. But I received $1,714 of that amount. I am pretty sure the Turbo Tax fee should not be $2,956??? Why was a shorted so much???
Sounds like you are short the third stimulus amount of $2800 ( $1400 stimulus x 2) after the TT fees are taken into consideration ... so how much did the IRS actually release ? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If the IRS has reduced your refund, they will be sending you a communication explaining why they reduced the amount of your refund.
At your IRS online account, you can find whether a payment was issued to you that you did not receive. You can also find this information on your tax transcript.
If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
My refund was much more than I reeeived
