What version are you using?  The Free Edition doesn't have phone support but if you have fees you must be higher.

 

 Contact Customer Service 5am-5pm Pacific M-F https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/  

 

You only get a phone # when the office is open.  Or try asking here.  Do you want to reduce your fees?

@MALEEAH  Phone support is closed on the weekends.  Try asking your questions here.

There is no need for me to talk any farther on this subject. I don't have no money to buy my paper from the person that did my tax. It was through Turbo tax. but talking to someone else will not solve it. In order for me to go farther I will have to give them about $400.00.Only then will my paper be given to me.

@abo7027057 Buy what paper from whom?  Did you pay someone to complete your tax return?

 

TurboTax is do-it-yourself tax preparation software.

Did you not use the TurboTax online or desktop editions to complete and file your tax return yourself?

Or did you use one of the TurboTax online Live editions where you were assisted by a TurboTax Tax Expert/CPA?

I did it all ,I made a mistake in my return in my filling my 2017 Tax they wrote me in June tell me that they could not file the papers  I corrected and sent it back.but I did not hear no more from them. I did not receive my money for that year. I call and ask IRS what happen to my return.The lack of knowledge.I did not know what that meant AGI . so no answer to my return.I have a long story .this goes on ,until it was time for me to file my 2018 tax. Went back to Turbo Tax working on my desk top. so you need to explain this to me .No trace of me filling with Turbo.Listen at this.No one to turn to.So I file my 2018 tax. the question was ask had any thing change since my 2017 tax.I ask to have live assistance this time.Same thing  happen.IRS would not let them take the money or file. The same mistake that I made on 2017 I made on 2018.This time I corrected the mistake and it was accepted.But IRS rejected my return ,guest why.I could not tell them my AGI . So the one that was helping me gave me the number to give them. (rejected)again. Why they didn't have my 2017 to compare it to.Long story.IRS told me that they do not have the copy to prove that I had file my tax last year.Go back to who did my tax.Now if you can help me  and tell me where I go from here. My thought is to file my 2017 tax ,so the IRS can have a copy of my proof , then file my 2018 tax. { money} pay for my________________fill in the blanks

That is hard to follow.  But if your 2017 return never got filed you can print and mail it to the IRS.  And if 2017 never got filed then enter 0 for the AGI to efile 2018 now.

A form 2016 is used to enter employee business deductions. For most taxpayers this form is no longer used unless you are National Guard/Reserve, qualified performing artist, fee-basis state or local government official, or employee with impairment-related work expenses for example.  Here are the instructions for that form to give you more details on its use.
