Did you efile?  Was it Accepted?

Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?

My Ohio Tax return was accepted with a refund but then I received a modified return in the mail saying I need to pay about $700.  How do I discuss with a TurboTax agent?

I need my agi from last year but automotive service says they cannot find an account with my phone number [phone number removed] or email address [email address removed]. Can you please call me at [phone number removed] and use my social security number and date of birth to pull my AGI from last year please? In addition, I do not have access to this email address any longer.
