I have the tax code 922, unreported income that shows 0

On my 2018 tax return transcript I have a code 922, unreported income showing 0 dollars.  However, I received a notice of deficiency (CP3219A) indicating that I owe 22,938 dollars.  What is interesting the date of the deficiency is the same date as the code 922 on my tax transcript.  I disagree with the notice and plan on responding as such with all of the objective evidence from my return, but which one is right?

Any insights would be much appreciated.
