I have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years, I have been divorced for >6, and yet it still asks me questions using his name! How do i fix this??

I'm tired of seeing "did you and your ex do X this year" pop up a million times. He hasn't been on my return since we divorced but i can't find where/how to remove him.

You need to create a new account since you are no longer married.

Go to the TurboTax online website, choose an edition and start a new account with a new User ID (do not Sign In) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

When you got divorced you should have started a new account with a different user name so that nothing about your ex would be there. it is too hard and messy to use an account that has been used for previous "married" returns.
