I have the same problem. I already e-filed my 2018 taxes but was wondering if I could access my TT account, which I can't. It keeps logging me out.
PS: I'm running a Mac with OS 10.11.6
I have the same problem. I completed my 2018 filing but need to now access and cannot. I enter correct sign-in name and passwd and go directly back to sign-in page w/ no error messages! PLEASE FIX ASAP!

First, try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference. If problem still occurs, you may or may not be using the correct User ID or password. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it. Use the Account Recovery tool below, being sure to first perform the steps in the bold NOTE.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
Thanks for the suggestions. I cleared my browser, exited and then went to account recovery, and "tried something else" as suggested. I created a new password as instructed, and I have the same problem. When I log in, I go directly back to the login page!
If you're entering correct User ID and password, it sounds like some kind of cookie/cache problem or some other browser idiosyncracy.
What browser? Have you tried a different browser??
If the problem occurs with a different browser, then here's how to reach TurboTax Support tomorrow:
Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

I was using Microsoft Edge (which worked fine when I filed my taxes). I switched to Chrome and now can access my account. Thx for your help.

You're welcome. I'm glad that worked. Thanks for reporting back.
Using Chrome I was able to get in to my TT account also. Thanks.

That's not enough information to know what product you are using--online, desktop software, etc., what all you are doing/have done, or even what tax year. And there was no mention of what the problem is that prevents you from viewing your amended return.
Since this thread is about a log-in problem at Online TurboTax. I assume that is your issue as well. But what problem are you having in regards to a log in? I'll go ahead make 2 guesses in the interest of time.
First of all, if you're able to enter the User ID and password OK, but get a spinning circle (page loading icon), then log out, clear your browser internet cache. Delete any intuit-related cookies. Close the browser and refresh it, then try again. If the "spinning circle" problem persists with that browser, then you likely need to use a different browser for the TurboTax website. So try a different browser.
Or if you can't log in at all, such as don't know your User ID and/or password, here's how to recover account access. You may even discover you could have more than 1 account. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.
