I get food stamps will that help me to get the stimulus check and aren't everyone eligible for the stimulus check

Are you claimed as a dependent on anyone else's tax return?   If someone else claims you as a dependent you are not eligible to receive a stimulus check.   What income (if any) do you have?

File a 2020 tax return to get your stimulus payments as a Rebate Credit, when you qualify.

That's the only way.
