Depends on where you got your medical plan. If through Healthcare.gov or your state’s ACA exchange then you have Marketplace coverage.

Did you get a 1095-A form for it? That is for Marketplace ins. If you got a 1095B or 1095C form those are not from the marketplace and you don't enter them on your return.
