I had already started my return when I realized I have a fidelity account, but the discount doesn't show now when I log in thru fidelity. How can I get the discount?

You would need to clear and start over from the Fidelity site to get the discount. You cannot get the partner discount at a later time.

xmasbaby0 is correct with the information provided. If you have already submitted your tax return and payment for the processing of those fees, it would be too late to receive a discount at that time. You have to submit that discount before submission of your tax return.
