To find your download code it depends on how you purchased it - here are the steps:

• From an authorized retailer: Your license code should be included in your order confirmation email if purchased on a retailer's website, or within the package if purchased in-store. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, please contact TurboTax Customer Support ( 1-800-446-8848 ).
• From the TurboTax website
  • On your order confirmation screen
  • In your email confirmation
  • In your Downloads folder:
    1. Sign into your Intuit account.
    2. Under TurboTax Desktop 2024, select Licenses and downloads.
    3. Look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.
    4. Return to the install screen and enter the code to continue.

  • In your notification email
  • In your Downloads folder:

    2. Select Downloads and look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.
